I just used @simplymeasured to analyze a Facebook Fan Page in Excel. http://t.co/m1cL5rXC via Twitter
I am Maja Kraljič - HP.com Social Media Program and Project manager at Hewlett-Packard. I'm interested in innovative web marketing, web design, my guitars, running and social media books. I live in Slovenia.
In recent years I have designed and coded several web pages and some printed material. Here you can see some of my projects.

Something that you didn’t imagine already exists. Let me introduce you to mobile tagging!
The core of this service is to have a mobile application which can recognize a picture with a code. This code stores information about a web page, contact … So all you need to do is to open an application, hold the code in front of the camera on your mobile phone and go to the web site or store contact info.
Let’s see which steps you need to take:
1. Download the application to your mobile phone: go to http://get.beetagg.com with your mobile phone and follow the instructions
2. Open the application and read a picture with the code(with the camera on the mobile phone)
I would love to have a beecode on my business card! It takes just seconds to enter all contact data in your mobile phone – priceless! See also other implementations.
There is another online ad contest running (btw today is the last day for submissions). This time it’s candy bar Twix and your job is to create a print ad. Here is my “work of art” created between 2 and 4 a.m. today.
The last day Kalidays offered the participants three interesting lectures. The first one – Communication challenges of presidential campaign 2007 by Vuk Čosić covered brief overview of the presidential campaign of Danilo Türk.
He explained how goals were set and showed us how important web is in such campaigns. The candidate wrote blog every day in the morning and at 7 a.m. it was posted online, all videos were added to YouTube, they opened a facebook account, all photos were available at flickr, news were posted shortly after all events. There was also an interesting online chat session where some influential slovenian bloggers were invited to participate and they were writing about it very favorably the next day. It was interesting to see that the site got 62,020 visits and 249.902 page views since it is online. Also interesting was the fact that contextual ads were more efficient (ToboAds) and that they have consciously set goals not to engage in negative campaign – in contrast with the other candidate.
The second lecture was about social responsibility. After a short overview we have looked ad some ads which were or were not socially responsible. It gave me a really good insight in the topic. Thanks to Anita Hrast and Sašo Urukalo.
The final chat was held by Boštjan Napotnik (the Top Shop voice). He invited Damijan Miklavčič, Kamenko Kesar and Rok Terkaj to talk about ideas. It seems that laziness is a big factor in generating ideas. :D
Here are also some ideas for Kinoteka’s billboard from the competition:
I think that we all had a great time participating at these workshops/lectures and that there is no doubt that we will come next year. See you all.
